This was my first time ordering, I was very happy with the flowers and the customer service.
I appreciated the picture of the flowers, that were being sent.
I will order again in the future.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to the Sale agent who helped me with my purchase. I wasn't really sure what type of flower arrangement I wanted but knew I wanted blue and orange roses. I wasn't sure if the flower combo would work. However, the Sales agent was very patient and her guidance prevailed. The flower arrangement was BEAUTIFUL!! The delivery was on timely. I would definitely recommend Ed Smith's Flowers to anyone looking to express their love and appreciation through flowers.

I live outside of Ohio and I discovered you on the web. You have a good website and it helped encourage me to call you. The phone call and ordering process was easy. I liked that you sent me an email confirming our with all the details. Received an email that was out for delivery and then an email that the Fruit Basket had been delivered. Best part was the positive review we heard from the person that received the Fruit Basket.

This flower arrangement was for my sister's 88th birthday. She has also been house-bound for 9 months following being run over by her own vehicle.
Needless to say, her mood was dim

I live in Australia, & while I talk to her frequently, she needed something special this year. She was happier than she had been for a very long time. The arrangement was as shown & perfect. She also enjoyed the chocolates!

This item is beautiful and I love the saying. I ordered online and had no problems. The item was delivered promptly and I was notified by phone from the driver that the item was left in a secure place as no one had answered the front door. I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service!

The item is lovely. I ordered online with no issues. Ed's delivered in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated! The delivery driver called to let me know the item was delivered and in a secure place at the home, as no one answered the door. Excellent service!

It paired well with my son’s date dress. I did have a little issue and they took care of it. I didn’t know they were still open all this time until my mom told me. My grandma used to get me flowers from them decades ago. I will be looking to use them again in the future and I will refer others to them as well.
