The Deluxe version (pictured) comes with a medium box of chocolates, a medium teddy bear, 5 occasion specific mylar balloons, and 3 latex balloons The Premium version comes with a large box of chocolates, a large teddy bear, 5 occasion specific mylar balloons, and 3 latex balloons.
