Substitution Policy

A majority of our arrangement photos were taken in store using the exact flowers that we regularly carry. However, in some instances, flower shape, openness, and color/shade may vary as flowers do not grow identically. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

We will not contact the recipient in advance of the delivery unless specifically instructed to do so or conditions such as distance and weather necessitate that they be home during the delivery. While we would love to always hand deliver arrangements directly to the specific recipient this is not always possible. As such, our drivers are permitted to leave deliveries with other household members, other employees at a business, housing complex staff, and, on a very limited basis, neighbors. In order do so they will always verify that the receiving individual is familiar with the recipient and has the capacity to get the delivery to them in a prompt manner. Our drivers are also permitted to leave arrangements near a primary entrance for a residence if they are unable to make contact with the recipient provided that weather conditions will not impact the quality of the flowers. As long as it is not too windy, too sunny, too hot, or too cold, flower arrangements are perfectly happy to sit outside for a few hours without suffering ill effects. Prior to leaving an arrangement like this our driver will always attempt contact at the door first and then by phone at the provided contact number. If they are unable to reach the recipient by either means they will send a text message or leave a voicemail on the recipients phone indicating that a delivery has been completed and specifying the location of the flower arrangement outside the residence. If they are unable to leave a message via either of these means then the sender will be notified instead. We try to honor as many specific delivery requests as possible such as "please do not leave the arrangement", "please call the recipient first", "please leave flowers at the back door", or "please deliver in the morning"; however this is not always possible. For example, we cease same day deliveries by 3 or 4pm and are closed by 5:30 so a delivery request for 7pm will not be fulfilled. Additionally, while we can temporarily remove the sender name from any portion of the order visible to the driver and recipient, we will ALWAYS provide the sender name to the recipient if specifically asked. We promote love, romance, and fun surprises, but the safety of the recipient comes first.

Refund Policy

We offer full replacements within 5 days of delivery for any products that arrive or quickly show signs of significant damage or decay.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
