Deciding on flowers is hard. Let us help! You pick a price and our designers will create a custom one-of-a-kind arrangement for you. Trust us, we have flowers on the brain! (Pictures available upon request - please specify during checkout!)
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The floral arrangement was nice, but I was wanting ino orange flowers,I expected it to look like theadvertisement, pinks light,dark pinks,white,purple flowers thanks for the delivery ---- Florist's Response: Hi Margery, we're sorry we did not fully meet your expectations! The picture displayed on the website for the "Designer's Choice" arrangement is just a stock photo of some example flowers so we can see how this may have been misleading. The description of this arrangement clarifies that it is a unique one-of-a-kind creation that our design team makes based on the occasion. There is a notes section for special requests such as "no orange" right before the checkout screen. We would be happy to send out a replacement arrangement for you.
