The floral arrangement was nice, but I was wanting ino orange flowers,I expected it to look like theadvertisement, pinks light,dark pinks,white,purple flowers thanks for the delivery ---- Florist's Response: Hi Margery, we're sorry we did not fully meet your expectations! The picture displayed on the website for the "Designer's Choice" arrangement is just a stock photo of some example flowers so we can see how this may have been misleading. The description of this arrangement clarifies that it is a unique one-of-a-kind creation that our design team makes based on the occasion. There is a notes section for special requests such as "no orange" right before the checkout screen. We would be happy to send out a replacement arrangement for you. A majority of our arrangement photos were taken in store using the exact flowers that we regularly carry. However, in some instances, flower shape, openness, and color/shade may vary as flowers do not grow identically. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
