I live outside of Ohio and I discovered you on the web. You have a good website and it helped encourage me to call you. The phone call and ordering process was easy. I liked that you sent me an email confirming our with all the details. Received an email that was out for delivery and then an email that the Fruit Basket had been delivered. A majority of our arrangement photos were taken in store using the exact flowers that we regularly carry. However, in some instances, flower shape, openness, and color/shade may vary as flowers do not grow identically. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
